This is not on the subject of smoking, but hopefully some useful info. Everyday I hear someone talking of the recent gas prices. I am lucky to work a few miles from home and drive a relatively frugal gas drinker. There are some websites that can help with this problem affecting so many! www.gasbuddy.com, www.edmunds.com/advice/fueleconomy/articles/106842/article.html, http://www.aaaorid.com/news/gas_prices.asp

The link above is to find car pools. It gets a great deal of hits so you may have to check back.
Keeping the car tuned, the tires filled with air and a clean air filter will help some.

Summer is upon us!
Hi everyone! How are things going? I just turned 50 yesterday and am really happy to have reached that milestone. Anyone else out there who has reached a milestone of sorts?

Any quitters out there?
How are all of you today? I hope the quit day for you is today or soon. It is so awesome to stop smoking. Remember to focus on how great it will be. It can be easy to focus on what you are dreading about it. And fear of not succeeding can nix a person's attempts on trying. Hang in there. You are very capable of stopping the habit of smoking, you need to believe!

Has the time come to Quit Smoking?
Welcome!
This could be the day you start your life as an ex-smoker! Feel free to post your ideas, questions and opinions on the matter of stopping smoking. I have been there. Had many attempts to stop before managing to stay away from them now, for almost 10 years. The rewards are many! It is a tough thing to do, but if you are like me, I had grown very tired of smoking and all that went along with it.
Hang in there and go back to www.nixsmoking.com for tools and suggestions.
Thank you for popping in!
